I have been wanting to try one of these out for a while now. Now that I have, I can say that it is really convenient. It keeps all of the food together while boiling/steaming it. I can leave it open and put it on top of my pot to steam it or have it closed while I boil veggies. Best of all I can keep foods separated while cooking them.
It is really sturdy too. My kids thought it was a spaceship and kept making it land on things. It really held up well. I think I will use it on fruit next time.
What do you think?
