Double Boiler (Or some other melting pot)
Time 15 minutes to prepare. 30 minutes from start to ready to eat
In a double boiler melt the caramel chips and place into a bowl.
Coat your muffin pan with a little bit of coconut oil (or other oil of your choice).
Drizzle a small amount of chocolate into each slot to create the foundation of your turtle candies.
Then place a few pecans onto the chocolate layer.
Melt the second half of the chocolate and pour a small amount on top of the pecans.
Add another layer of caramel and pecans.
Place the pan in the fridge for 15-20 minutes or until they have hardened.
