Are you always looking for something simple, tasty and fast for breakfast? I am! Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. It helps you get the start and energy you need to get things done. I am always trying to think outside the box from the normal oatmeal, cereal, eggs and other breakfast items. So I was playing around with some ingredients and came up with this super yummy Blueberry Pomegranate Cheesecake Smoothie. Give it a try for your self and see what you think. Here is how to make it.
6 oz Blueberry Yogurt
2 oz Cream Cheese
¼ Cup of Blueberry Juice
¼ Cup of Pomegranate Juice
1 Scoop of Whey Protein Isolate (I used Pure Healthland Super Advanced Whey Protein it has 26 grams of protein)
Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until fully mixed. Pour into a medium glass and enjoy. I like to have freeze my juice into blocks of ice before making it so that it can be really cold.
Review of Pure Healthland Super Advanced Whey Protein

I really liked this powder. I was expecting to not enjoy this powder at all. That actually surprised me because usually protein powders taste nasty. Truthfully speaking they have horrible aftertastes and just aren’t flavored very well. This one was totally different. It did have a small aftertaste when I used it only with water, but it was barely noticeable. It doesn’t have any fiber, but that’s okay. I use it with fruit when I make smoothies and shakes so that I am getting the fiber that I need. Yes I liked it, I would buy it. It is one of the 2 shake powders that I actually like.
